The Bean Stone

In an old cemetery just west of  Waterloo, Ontario in Canada you'll find an unusual gravestone.  Dr. Bean, who lived in the 19th century, outlived both his wives.  In their memory, he erected a stone with a cryptic epitaph.  You have to decipher it.  The original stone is quite worn and illegible.  A replica has been erected beside it and is shown in the photo.  Below the photo is the text of the epitaph for clarity.
